Model: 6'0" and 175 lbs (currently closer to 165 lbs) wearing size 3 | L for a slim fit. Model typically wears size 3 | L in other UES shirts/flannels. Due to model's current lower weight at 165 lbs, the size 3 | L fits very well for a slim fit, but if model was back at 175 lbs, the size 3 | L might be a tad too tight and model would likely go with size 4 | XL.
