Returns & Exchanges


We handle all returns with the intent to ensure our customers are happy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) (except final sale or otherwise indicated) within 30 days of receiving the item for store credit (less shipping charges) or exchange for new merchandise. We do not offer refunds.

Please email to obtain return/exchange authorization and include your:

  1. Order number
  2. Item(s) to be returned
  3. Returning for store credit or exchange for an item

Additional Information:

  • Returned/exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with receipt and tags attached.
  • After 30 days from receiving the item, we will no longer accept the item(s) for return or exchange. Noticeably worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ship using a method that includes tracking. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages. Return shipping address will be provided on return authorization.
  • Returns will be processed within three business days from the date we receive your returned item(s), and the amount originally tendered will be issued in store credit. Store credit is maintained on our end. You can email us at to obtain the amount of store credit you have, as well as to make an order using your store credit.
  • You must email us to create an invoice for you with store credit applied; we do not refund store credit after an order is placed.

Returns and exchanges that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer.


      Exchanges are processed as a return and the new size/item processed as a new order. We will send an exchange invoice for the new item, and customers must complete the check-out/payment to secure the item (item is reserved for 48 hours). If the exchange invoice is not completed within 48 hours, the item is no longer guaranteed to be available for exchange (may be purchased by another customer).

      Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs (flat fee of $9) unless otherwise noted via email. Please email with the item and size you wish to exchange for, and we will create the exchange invoice for you.


      Requests to cancel an order prior to shipment will be charged a cancellation fee based on the order value (excluding shipping and taxes). For orders under $100, a $5 cancellation fee is applied, otherwise a 5% cancellation fee is charged (e.g. if your order was $80, you will be charged $5; if your order was $200, you will be charged $10).
