Returns & Exchanges
We handle all returns with the intent to ensure our customers are happy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) (except final sale or otherwise indicated) within 30 days of purchase for store credit (less shipping charges); or exchange for new merchandise.
- Returned/exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with receipt and tags attached.
- After 30 days from the date of purchase, we will no longer accept the item(s) for return or exchange. Noticeably worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- Please email email@example.com to obtain return/exchange authorization. Upon authorization, please ship the item back to us within five business days using a shipping method that includes a tracking number. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages. Return shipping address will be provided on return authorization.
- Returns will be processed within three business days from the date we receive your returned item(s), and the amount originally tendered will be issued in the format of store credit. Store credit is maintained on our end. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain the amount of store credit you have, as well as to make an order using your store credit.
Exchanges will be processed as a return and re-buy. Contact us to create an invoice for you in your new size. Exchanges for a new size will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or First-Class Package Service depending on the weight; both services are 2-3 days with tracking. Please email email@example.com to ensure availability of your item and to process your new order, prior to shipping the original item back to us.
Returns and exchanges that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
