We currently operate as an online-only business with no physical brick & mortar store. However we are anticipating the opening of our showroom in Vienna, VA (in the Merrifield area) by Spring/Summer 2023. We currently accept appointment-only visits for local customers to stop by. Items that are new and in original condition can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Refunds are issued as store credit. Exchanges are processed as a return and re-buy. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for additional details.
We know sizing can be difficult, especially for things like denim and footwear. We encourage you to email us for questions on sizing so that we can provide a recommendation for you and to avoid the additional time and costs associated with exchanges. We find that customers who email us regarding sizing issues, prior to ordering, tend to have a better success rate in getting their sizes right the first time. However, we understand that it isn't an exact science and nothing beats trying a pair on in person.
We offer payment plans through Shop Pay Installments, available at checkout. Using Shop Pay Installments, you can pay in 4 equal interest-free installments on orders between $50 and $1,000 USD. For orders between $150 and $17,500, you might pay interest bearing 10%~30% APR in there, six, or twelve monthly payments depending on order amount.
We generally process orders once each day between 10am - 4pm EST, and packages will generally be picked up the same day. If our courier has already made pick-ups (typically around 1 - 2pm EST), packages will be picked up/shipped out the following day. However, our default processing and ship time is up to 48 hours. For orders placed Friday evening through Sunday, they will generally be shipped on the following Monday (barring no Federal holidays).
An item is Out of Stock (OOS), how do I get an update on when it will be re-stocked or possibly added?

For OOS items or sizes not currently stocked, customers that request a pre-order (excluding Viberg footwear) and complete payment within seven days of the draft order being sent will receive double Withered Fig Reward Points as a thank you for shopping with us.
Please contact us at email@example.com to inquire about special orders. Depending on the brand and time in the season, we maybe able to special order a specific item for you. We may require a 50% deposit for the order.
We kindly ask that you purchase the item when it is released on our website. However, as a way of providing value to our return customers and our Rewards Program, we do offer the ability for customers using WF points to pre-order items prior to release. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to use your WF points.
We plan to restock certain styles on a case-by-case basis (dependent on availability of leather, and the overall response to the style). Please e-mail us at email@example.com if you are interested in a boot that is OOS or in a size that we did not originally stock. Pre-orders of Viberg footwear receive the standard 5% reward points on every $50 spent.
The welcome code discount excludes Viberg and Iron Heart. Additionally, there is a lag of about 24 hours from when you sign up and when the website is sync'd to allow you to use the discount code. If you are looking to make a purchase earlier, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes, we love to meet our local customers. Please leave a note at check-out that you would like to pick-up the order locally, and we will reach out to you to coordinate the pick-up. You can select the Free Shipping or cheapest shipping option, and we will refund the shipping fees once you pick-up the order.
