What is your return/exchange policy?
Items that are new and in original condition can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Refunds are issued as store credit. Exchanges are processed as a return and re-buy. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for additional details.
What size should I get?
We know sizing can be difficult, especially for things like denim and footwear. We encourage you to email us for questions on sizing so that we can provide a recommendation for you and to avoid the additional time and costs associated with exchanges. We find that customers who email us regarding sizing issues, prior to ordering, tend to have a better success rate in getting their sizes right the first time. However, we understand that it isn't an exact science and nothing beats trying a pair on in person.
How long will it take for me to receive my items?
As of May 2018, we are currently processing orders during off-hours due to our schedules. Accordingly, orders placed Monday through Friday by 6:00 am EST will typically be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 6:00 am EST may be processed and shipped the next day. In all cases, you should receive tracking information within 24-hours (except for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. By default, we ship orders via USPS Priority Mail, which typically gets to our customers within 2-3 business days.
If my size is Out of Stock (OOS) or not shown on the product page, how do I get an update on when it will be re-stocked or possibly added?
Please contact us at email@example.com to inquire about OOS items. For OOS items or sizes not currently stocked, customers that request a pre-order and complete payment within seven days of the draft order being sent will receive double Withered Fig Reward Points as a thank you for shopping with us.
What about Viberg boots? Can I pre-order them?
We plan to restock certain styles on a case-by-case basis (dependent on availability of leather, and the overall response to the style). Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in a boot that is OOS or in a size that we did not originally stock. The same pre-order benefit for Withered Fig points applies (as noted above).
I signed up for the newsletter, but the 10% discount code does not work.
Unfortunately we have to sync up the newsletter list and the discount code manually. We try to keep the discount code updated with the new sign-ups as soon as possible (typically within 48 hours), but if you are looking to make a purchase asap, just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we will take care of it promptly.
I am in the area, can I do a local pick-up?
Yes, we love to meet our local customers. Please e-mail us prior to checking out to confirm inventory and to process your order as a local pick-up if your order is below $200. For orders above $200, select the Free Shipping option and leave a note that you would like to pick-up the order locally. Once your order is placed, we will provide additional information via email on location, date, and time.
Do you offer any denim services such as hemming?
We currently do not have this ability. We will notify you when we do!
