Withered Fig accepts the following forms of payment:

All prices and associated fees are charged in US dollars. Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to a Virginia address.

Please note that upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic email confirming the order. However, this receipt does not constitute a contract, and Withered Fig reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons, including but not limited to the inability to authorize a credit card, insufficient stock, or suspicion of fraud. Upon cancellation of any order, we will make every effort to contact and notify the customer of the cancellation, as appropriate.

*Using Shop Pay Installments, you can pay in 4 bi-weekly interest-free installments on orders between $50 and $999.99 USD; or Monthly payments for orders from $150 to $17,500. Monthly installment orders are interest-bearing from 10 to 36% APR, and may be paid in three, six, or twelve months depending on the purchase amount. For instance, a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR, or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks.

Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. SHIPPING

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends. However, please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. We offer free domestic and international shipping on specified order values noted below, including flat-rate shipping costs for USA and Canada destinations. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders such as footwear purchases and orders greater than $500.

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL, depending on the package dimensions and destination. For domestic destinations, where noted below with both USPS and UPS services, we will generally ship with the lowest cost option (typically UPS Ground for west coast destinations). If a service is not shown in the table below, it may be shown at check-out as a discounted calculated rate.

In order to reduce waste and costs, we occasionally reuse boxes if they are still in good condition.

Customers are responsible for all VAT, customs, duties, and other taxes and fees that are assessed upon their shipment’s arrival in the destination country. This includes the potential for additional brokerage or clearance fees depending on the courier.
We offer USPS Ground Advantage only for orders that weigh less than 1 lbs (including packaging). Orders must be placed by 3pm EST on a weekday to be processed for shipment that same day. Selecting Express shipping on a weekend is not guaranteed to be processed until the following Monday. USPS Priority Mail Express shipping is overnight to designated zip codes as determined by USPS. Some destinations are 2-day delivery. For more information, see here. Destinations farther from Virginia (e.g. west coast) will generally be shipped via UPS Next Day Air instead of USPS. USPS First Class Package International is only available for orders that weigh less than 4 lbs (including packaging) and for countries that are eligible for this tier of services. ** Exceptions may apply to countries with various rates and restrictions.
