The Studio D'Artisan D4650 Fox Denim Railroad Jacket is a reproduction of a vintage 1940's railroad jacket, and made with the legendary "Fox Cotton" - a naturally colored cotton cultivated by Sally Fox in the American southwest. This denim railroad jacket boasts a unique shade of indigo with a subtle green cast, and is cut in a very relaxed and oversized fit. The Fox Cotton gives the denim a subtle green cast and unique texture, while the one-wash finish leaves the fabric soft and easy to wear from day one.
Note: This Railroad Jacket runs very large. We recommend sizing down unless you plan to layer with very-very thick pieces, or prefer a roomier fit. These are one-washed, so expect little to no shrinkage with a cold wash and hang/lay-flat dry. With a warmer wash / soak, you may get additional shrinkage.
Model: 6'0'' and 175 lbs (currently closer to 165 lbs), wearing size Small for a comfortable and roomy fit on the body. This is a size down from model's typical American brand size of Medium. Model can wear size M but it looks a bit oversized and very large (great for many layers underneath), but generally model prefers the size Small, even at 175 lbs.
