orSlow's Regular Fit Brushed Serge Fatigue Pants in Ivory are inspired by U.S. Army fatigue pants made through the lens of Japanese sensibility. The Ivory color has a slight gray cast to it, making this much easier to wear than a straight-white pair of pants. Made from orSlow’s original 100% cotton serge, the fabric features a brushed finish that lends a soft hand and added warmth for the colder months. Its durable twill construction offers lasting practicality, while the design makes it easy to style throughout the autumn and winter season. A dependable everyday staple, built for comfort and longevity.
Relative to orSlow's standard Reverse Sateen fabric, the Brushed Serge fabric is a tad heavier in weight, denser, warmer, and has a subtle moleskin-like hand.
Important Notes:
- Listed sizes represent the tagged "Japan" size (not conversion to US sizes).
- As a general guide, we equate Size 2|M with sizes 30-32 in denim, Size 3|L with sizes 32-34 in denim sizes, etc. Because of that, you will definitely be able to fit into a couple sizes depending on how you want them to fit.
- These fatigue pants have button cinches that will allow you to tighten the waist by up to 1" (when laid flat), or 2" in overall circumference. The posted measurements show both the waist without using the cinches to tighten, as well as the lower bound when using the button tab adjustments.
- Generally you can take the same size as your other Regular Fit Fatigue Pants.
- Washing warm and machine dry will tighten up the fabric just a tad, but does not shrink the pants as they will stretch back out upon wear.
Model: 6'0'' and 175 lbs (currently closer to 165 lbs), with moderate "lifter" thighs, wearing Size 2|M for a comfortable-snug fit on the waist. Model has a fairly slim waistline, and as a result with the higher rise on these pairs, the Size 2|M works well (even at model's typical 175 lbs weight).
