Merz b. Schwanen's Merino Wool (2W15) tee is a beast of a tee that can't get more luxurious than 100% extra fine Merino Wool on a loopwheel machine. This supremely soft tee will feel airy and light in your hands and on your body, all the while providing anti-odor and quick-dry properties that make this the ultimate travel tee. As usual with Merz knits, it features a round crew neckline and a triangle insert under the armpit for maximum comfort. Made on original loopwheelers in Germany-one of two remaining loopwheeler operations in the world, the result is a seamless tubular fabric that will be your most comfortable tee.
Note: These have been pre-rinsed and should not experience much shrinkage upon wash. However, we still recommend a cold wash and hang dry.
Model: Model is 6'0'' and 175 lbs (currently closer to 165 lbs) wearing size 6 | L (one size up from his regular TTS, M) for a comfortable fit, neither too slim nor too relaxed. At 175 lbs, model would still wear size 6 | L for a slimmer fitting tee.
Measurement Note: Due to the irregularities characteristic of loopwheelers, there will be slight variations within each size. Additionally, consistent with how Merz measures their shirts, the Length measurement is taken from the highest point of the shirt (where the neckline and shoulder meet), instead of from the center of the neckline. In general, we do not find the irregularities significant enough to impact the size you should wear.
