The Iron Heart 18oz Vintage Selvedge Straight Cut Denim are one of those special pieces in the lineup of heavyweight denim. Made with a heavyweight 18oz denim from Shinya mills, the denim is made with authentic vintage denim in mind - slowly woven on old shuttle looms. Like vintage denim, this pair will produce some vertical fading effects. This pair has all the sturdiness and heft of Iron Heart denim, but in a slightly lighter weight fabric.
Iron Heart's 634 cut is a classic straight cut denim with a medium rise.
Note: These are sanforized and one-washed, so expect little to no shrinkage. Denim will stretch about 1" in the waist after breaking in. For those who like slim fitting jeans, upon first wear the top button should be hard to button-up.
Model: 6'0'' and 175 lbs (currently closer to 170 lbs), with moderate "lifter" thighs, wearing size 32 for a slim fit through the top block and thighs, and decent room from the knee on down due to the straight cut.
