The Iron Heart 526J-142ib in Indigo/Black is built on their modified Type III Denim Jacket pattern. The 14oz denim has a darker tone to it due to the black weft, which over time will produce some high contrast fades. The modified Type III style has a longer body length and hand-warmer pockets. Woven with a double twisted weft that is black-sulphur dyed on top of a Indigo rope-dyed warp.
Note: This jacket generally runs small. We recommend taking one size up from your typical American brand tops size for a comfortable but slim-looking fit. Or if you are on the larger end of your size, possibly take two sizes up. These jackets are cut with generous room in the upper arms and upper chest, but with a taper towards the waist. Sizes are tagged by numbers, with 36 corresponding to S, 38-M, 40-L, and so on. These are once washed so there is minimal shrinkage expected. Cold wash, hang dry.
Model: 6'0" and 175 lbs wearing size 40 | L for a comfortable-slim fit with a t-shirt and thin button-up shirt underneath. Model probably doesn't have much room underneath to wear a thicker top (thick sweatshirt, sweater, etc).
