The Flat Head 20oz Heavy Loopwheel T-Shirt is their thickest and heaviest t-shirt in their history. Made on vintage loopwheeler machines, the fabric is knit in a dense and tight manner to produce a heavy 20oz fabric that is both crisp and stuff, yet still with a surprising plushness to it. The Flat Head's never-sag triple-stitch neckline provides a sturdy collar to accompany the sturdy fabric. These are cut with a slightly cropped/shorter body, so those with shorter torsos or prefer a shorter t-shirt are in luck.
Note: These are cut with a more generous and oversized fit and are only made in sizes 42 to 48. Accordingly, taking one or two sizes up from your typical American size, will result in an oversized/relaxed fit. If you want a slimmer fit, you may only need to size up one size, or not at all. Please double check the posted measurements to ensure the size will work for you. These are pre-rinsed, so you should expect minimal further shrinkage. However, we generally always recommend machine wash cold and hang-dry. Please note that other stores vary in their conversions of the numerical size to a letter size. If in doubt, go with the number size if you have an existing t-shirt; or if you need to double check please email us.
Model: 6'0" and 175 lbs, wearing size 42|XL for a comfortable fit, neither too slim nor overly relaxed (although probably more on the relaxed end). The length is shorter than most of model's other t-shirts, but these have a cropped fit.
