The Denime Lot 220XX-47, 1947 Model Denim is a standout from the XX Series. This vintage-inspired denim is a recreation of workwear jeans from the 1920s–1930s and is a custom-woven brown cotton-blended selvedge denim made by Kurabo Mills. The fabric is created by extracting uncut yarns from original vintage denim and carefully reproducing the slubby, uneven texture of that period using a 7.3 × 7.3 yarn construction. This results in a mid-weight, one-wash denim that blends authentic texture with modern wearability.
Woven from 100% ring-spun cotton and featuring period-correct details, these jeans are built with a mid-rise and a classic straight leg with a slight taper for a vintage silhouette that’s comfortable from day one thanks to the one-wash treatment.
Note: These are unsanforized and will shrink upon wash. The Lot 220XX-47 denim is cut with a high rise and a regular straight fit through the legs. DENIME recommends accounting for about 1.5-2" shrinkage in the waist and 2-3" shrinkage in the length.
Model: 6'0" and 175 lbs wearing size 31 for a clean straight fit.
