Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
We handle all returns with the intent to ensure our customers are happy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) (except final sale or otherwise indicated) within 30 days of receiving the item for store credit (less shipping fees) or exchange for new merchandise. We do not offer refunds.
As of September 1, 2025, we have started using a new automated return portal that you can access below (Start Your Return Here). USA, Australia, and Canada orders can be submitted through the portal for manual review (subject to a higher return/exchange shipping fee). All other international orders must contact us for return options.
Additional Information:
- Returned items must include original packaging, tags, and receipt (packing slip)

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition

Common reasons for returned items not being accepted and returned to you, include:
- Excessive pet hair (please use a lint roller prior to sending it back)
- Noticeably worn or washed

Altered, hemmed, or damaged items

Returns will be processed within three business days from the date we receive your returned item(s), and the amount originally tendered will be issued in store credit:
- Orders placed on or after September 1, 2025: store credit will be deposited into your account, accessible at check-out.
- Orders placed prior to September 1, 2025: store credit is maintained on our end. You can email us at support@witheredfig.com to obtain the amount of store credit you have, as well as to make an order using your store credit. You must email us to create an invoice for you with store credit applied; we do not refund store credit after an order is placed.
- There is a $10 return shipping fee for all returns; and an additional $10 handling fee (total $20) if the return is processed as an exchange, or has a return value greater than $250 (our free shipping threshold). This does not apply if you purchase Checkout+.
Returns and exchanges that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be processed through the returns portal. You can opt for an "Instant Exchange" (with a monetary hold on your credit card), or opt for a standard exchange where the new item is held until we receive the return.
- Exchanges are limited to available inventory
- For Instant Exchanges, returns must be received by the courier within 7 days, otherwise the full amount will be charged and the return may be rejected; the hold will show as a pending charge from "Redo Tech"
- Customers are responsible for $10 return shipping and $10 exchange shipping costs, unless Checkout+ is purchased
CHECKOUT+
We offer Checkout+, return coverage, for a small fee at checkout. Purchasing Checkout+ provides you with free returns & exchanges (shipping labels provided), and the additional option for carrier pick-up at your location (additional fee). This is offered as a convenience, but we greatly appreciate when customers still reach out to us for sizing advice to avoid unnecessary returns. Checkout+ is a one-time fee, and is not considered "returnable" (i.e. if you return an item for store credit, the Checkout+ fee is not included in store credit).
CANCELLATIONS
Requests to cancel an order prior to shipment will be charged a cancellation fee based on the order value (excluding shipping and taxes).
- Orders under $100: $5 cancellation fee
- Orders at or above $100: 5% cancellation fee is charged
- Example: if your order was $80, you will be charged $5; if your order was $200, you will be charged $10
