PAYMENT

Withered Fig accepts the following forms of payment:

All prices and associated fees are charged in US dollars. Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to a Virginia address. If using the Shop App, Shopify will assess sales tax on your order, regardless of if you are in Virginia or not.

Please note that upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic email confirming the order. However, this receipt does not constitute a contract, and Withered Fig reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons, including but not limited to the inability to authorize a credit card, insufficient stock, or suspicion of fraud. Upon cancellation of any order, we will make every effort to contact and notify the customer of the cancellation, as appropriate.

*Using Shop Pay Installments, you can pay in 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks or monthly installments up to 12 months at 6–36% APR.

SHIPPING

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends. However, please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. We offer free domestic and international shipping on specified order values noted below, including flat-rate shipping costs for USA and international destinations. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders (generally orders greater than $400) and delivery addresses susceptible to theft.

As of August 2025, we primarily ship via UPS for domestic*, and DHL for international. Some additional rates may be seen at check-out at a discounted rate. If you do not see the expected shipping rates as noted below, or for any other services not shown at check-out, please email us at support@witheredfig.com for assistance.

If packages are returned to us due to insufficient or erroneous address, or because the shipment was not signed for in a timely manner, customers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send out the package a second time.

In order to reduce waste and costs, we occasionally reuse boxes if they are still in good condition.

International
With the exception of Canada, we generally ship all other international destinations via DHL as the default. However, USPS and UPS may also be options you see at check-out. If you see a delivery speed, service, or country not shown, please contact us at support@witheredfig.com to inquire about other services. Here are some general observations on the two primary international couriers we ship with. Please choose your courier of choice according to your needs. DHL: This is the quickest and most reliable option. However, you are more likely to be assessed taxes and brokerage fees via DHL, relative to USPS. USPS: This will be slower and the tracking may not provide as many detailed updates, especially after it leaves the USA. Once the package reaches the destination country, it will then be handled by your country's national postal service. With USPS, the taxes and brokerage fees will be minimal, or none at all. Customers are responsible for all VAT, customs, duties, and other taxes and brokerage fees that are assessed upon their shipment’s arrival in the destination country.
If your address is a USPS Post Office Box or an APO/DPO, we will ship via USPS at the closest shipping rate to UPS Ground. Orders must be placed by 3pm EST on a weekday to be processed for shipment that same day. Selecting Next Day Air shipping on a weekend is not guaranteed to be processed until the following Monday. Saturday delivery is not included (additional surcharge). USPS First Class Package International is only available for orders that weigh less than 4 lbs (including packaging) and for countries that are eligible for this tier of services. Note that this service is not guaranteed and can take more than the stated time to arrive (i.e. more than 3-4 weeks). ** Exceptions may apply to countries with various rates and restrictions. As of April 25, 2025, USPS has some temporary service suspensions. Please see the USPS website here for full details. If your country does not accept USPS service, we offer DHL Express as an alternative. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

International
