Model: 6'0" and 175 lbs wearing size 6 | L for a comfortable and slightly relaxed fit over a t-shirt, with plenty of room for a thicker layer underneath. The sleeve length is also a little long, so overall model probably could go with a size 5 | M for a slimmer fit.
