Merz b. Schwanen's Cropped Worker's Wool Tweed Jacket in Teak is inspired my mid-century European work jackets, but cut in shortened body for a more modern fitting jacket. Cut from a substantial, coarse-grained wool tweed, this rich Teak colorway brings it all together with its warm earthy brown, charcoal, and tan flecks that give it depth and character. The jacket features a point collar, five-button front placket, and two deep lower patch pockets and a single chest pocket. This is a nice wool jacket that can keep you warm this season without all substantial bulk, in a clean utilitarian appearance.
Note: Generally runs large due to the Relaxed Fit; recommend taking one your regular American brand size for a slimmer fitting jacket, or if you are on the smaller end of your size. Or if you prefer a more relaxed fit or are on the larger end of your size, take a size up from your typical American brand size. Please double check measurements to confirm your size. Cold wash, hang-dry.
Model: 6'0" and 175 lbs (currently closer to 165 lbs), wearing size 5 | M for a comfortable fit over a t-shirt, with plenty of room for a thicker layer underneath.
