The IHJ-35 Iron Heart Rider's Jacket features a beautiful chrome tanned horsehide from a small tannery in Himeji, Japan. The leather starts out looking a bit sleek and shiny, but as you wear it in the small variations and grain of the leather will begin to reveal itself. With the wrinkles comes character! The jacket features standard Rider's Jacket details such as the bi-swing shoulders and zippered gussets at the sleeve cuffs and body hips.
The jacket may come with either a leather shield or brass dog tag to note the style and size of the jacket (photographed is the leather shield attached to the zipper).
Note: Runs TTS for a quite slim fitting leather jacket. If you plan to wear over a basic t-shirt and prefer a slim fit, or on the smaller end of your size, take your typical American tops size. However, if you prefer some extra room and may want to add a thicker layer underneath the jacket, or if you are on the medium-to-larger end of your American tops size, size up one (same as your Iron Heart UHF size) Sizing up one will still have a modern silhouette and not too loose and will generally be a better and more comfortable fit for most.
Model: 6'0'' and 175 lbs wearing size L (one up from his typical American brand size, and also the same size as he wears in most Iron Heart button-up shirts) for a comfortable yet still fitted looking leather jacket.
