orSlow's 105XX The 1950s Selvedge Denim in a one-wash was created in celebration of the brand’s 20th anniversary and is a recreation of the denim from the early 1950s. Notable differences over the standard 105 denim are the leather patch on these, as well as a four-button fly, and pink ID selvedge. Additionally, these have a clean copper rivet finish. This denim is woven on vintage shuttle looms using yarn spun on a 1953 spinning machine. The cut is very similar to the 105 cut, but with a slightly roomier top block, slightly higher rise, and slightly wider leg throughout.
Note: Our sizes represent the tagged "Japan" size (not conversion to US sizes). Please review the measurements and additional information here. These are pre-rinsed so expect no further significant shrinkage, however we still recommend cold-wash and hang-dry to maintain current sizing. These generally run TTS, so you can take your typical American brand size (i.e. if you wear a M in most American brands, you can take a size 2. However, please double check measurements as always.
Model: 6'0'' and 175 lbs, with moderate "lifter" thighs, wearing size 2 | M for a comfortable, just right fit on the waist (not tight, not loose).
