The Omoto Denim 13.5oz Unsanforized Selvedge in their Loose Fit cut, which is their widest model in their lineup. This denim is a custom-woven medium weight fabric with a medium-to-dark indigo shade for a classic indigo pair. Cut with a high rise, this pair has a loose and wide fit through the whole silhouette, with a slight taper towards the bottom opening. Omoto includes many of details found on selvedge denim, to include hidden rivets and raised belt loops, along with selvedge IDs on the coin pockets.
Note: These are unsanforized but come from their factory with a pre-wash and sun-dried to remove most of the initial shrinkage. Due to their even-number only sizing, you may not necessarily get an exact fit as you would in other brands. These generally run TTS and we recommend taking your typical Japanese brand size, or size down/up accordingly if you prefer a snugger fit or looser fit. In general, with careful washing (machine wash cold/warm and hang-dry, you should experience no further shrinkage).
Model: 6'0'' and 175 lbs with moderate "lifter" thighs, wearing size 32 for a comfortable relaxed fit, slightly loose on the waist. Model would likely need a belt after breaking these in, but generally speaking this is the right size, as the size 30 is too small in the waist.
