Iron Heart's IH-555S-19Lod, the overdyed version of their "Lefty" denim comes in this medium-to-high rise pair with a strong taper through the legs. This overdyed fabric features a beautiful indigo warp, white weft selvedge denim, made in a left hand twill (LHT), and given a heavy black overdye. These overdyed pairs are perfect for those who are looking for a dark pair, or something that is not-quite-black. With time and wear, these will gradually fade to highlight some of the indigo-blue hues underneath.
Note: These are unsanforized, direct-dyed, and one-washed, so there is no shrinkage expected at all. Due to the overdye, these generally run a tad smaller (maybe 1/2 a size) than the non-overdyed pair. Denim will stretch about 1" in the waist after breaking in. Recommend cold wash, hang-dry.
Model: 6'0'' and 175 lbs (currently closer to 165 lbs), with moderate "lifter" thighs, wearing size 33 for a slim fit, with the waist being somewhat loose and fit through the upper thighs is slim but not overly tight. At model's normal weight of 175 lbs, the size 33 still might be too tight in the thighs. Overall, the 555 cut is not a great cut for the model due to his larger thighs.
