These are pre-rinsed so expect no further significant shrinkage, however we still recommend cold-wash and hang-dry to maintain current sizing. These generally run TTS for a slim fit, so you can take your typical American brand size (i.e. if you wear a M in most American brands, you can take a size 2. Due to the tagged number size, you will likely not find a "perfect" fit in the waist, but we believe that these are meant to be that accommodating relaxing pair. The waist may be a little looser, but should fit well throughout the legs. You can belt up or just enjoy the comfort of a looser waist.
