Back for another slip-on, the Viberg Slipper in Antelope Calf Suede. These are versatile as ever and our favorite summer footwear that carries its weight in the Spring and Fall. This Viberg Slipper is constructed upon a Saw Dust Lactae Hevea crepe sole for a comfortable and easy break-in. For more information on these Viberg Slippers, read our blog post here.
The Slippers are a casual wholecut pattern based on vintage traveling shoes. Slippers are fantastic pairs for the warmer days when you might not want to get all laced up in a boot or shoe, and instead want something easy to slip in and out.
Model: 10E Brannock wearing size 8 for a fit that is snug but not too tight. Model previously wore size 8.5 in the Camel Oiled Calf Slipper for a similar fit. As reference, model can squeeze into a 7.5 for a extremely tight and not comfortable fit; model wearing size 8.5 in these has some extra space in the heel with bare feet. Wearing socks, the 8.5 feels better.
Sizing: This run of the Viberg Antelope Calf Suede Slippers run a quarter-to-half size larger than the previous Camel Oiled Calf Slippers we carried. Accordingly, we generally recommend taking 2 sizes down from your Brannock for these slippers, if you plan to wear with bare feet. If you plan to wear with thin-to-medium socks, take 1.5 sizes down from your Brannock. Please e-mail us with your reference sizes if you need additional help.
