The orSlow French Work Pant in Houndstooth Charcoal Grey takes their classically inspired French Work Pants and gives it a nice elevated style with the houndstooth fabric. These French Work Pants have an accommodating fit with its back-elastic waistband, and a high rise and a slight taper through the legs. Tuck it in, or leave your shirt untucked, this silhouette works well for a wide range of bodies, and should be a staple in your wardrobe if you love easy transitional pieces between the office and after-hours. These pants have a solid and sturdy hand to them, making them feel like a dressy pair of wool pants.
Note: Generally runs closer to TTS than other orSlow products, so we recommend taking the same size as you do in your American tops brand. For example, if you typically wear Medium in American brands, take the 2 | M in these French Work Pants. Put another way, these tend to run larger than the orSlow's counterparts, so it's possible that you could take one size down from what you typically wear in other orSlow pants. However, please double check the size chart. The waist measurements provided are for the waist straightened out so that the front and back rises are even (lower number) but not pulled, and the waist pulled using the elastic waistband (the higher number).
Shrinkage: Upon wash, these will shrink about 0.5-75" in length with a regular wash and hang-dry; the waist and width will generally remain the same, or close tot he same. However, excessive use of machine dryer may result in further shrinkage.
Model: 6'0" and 175 lbs (currently closer to 170 lbs) wearing Size 2 | M, which is also his typical American brand size. The fit is comfortable in the waist, with the elastic band keeping things tight up top, and the fit through the legs is comfortable with its slight taper.
