These Indigo Sashiko Dobby Shirts from Gitman have gone thorugh several similar iterations over the years, and this one is a stellar addition to their popular sashiko fabrics. This button-down shirt features a macro diamond shaped pattern with the micro sashiko patterns interwoven and primarily apparent on the interior. Due to the sashiko stitching, the shirt has a lofty and plush feel over the body, and provides a ton of texture for an otherwise "just indigo" shirt.
Note: Generally runs TTS. Most folks should take your typical tops size for a fit that is neither too slim nor too relaxed. Some may be able to size down one as Gitman Vintage shirts are a tad more spacious in the chest due to the box pleat, and also longer length than other brands. These have been pre-rinsed, so minimal shrinkage expected. However, we recommend cold wash, hang dry to maintain current sizing.
