Iron Heart's Organic Cotton Duck Chore Jacket in Brown is a new style for this Fall, built with this vintage style in mind, but with Iron Heart's own variations. These chore jackets feature a slightly slimmer silhouette, accompanied by a plethora of front chest and side pockets, with an additional side-entry pocket. Using 100% organic cotton to create this Japanese duck canvas, these are then dyed under the eco-friendly Japanese Kurashikizome® certification - free from harsh chemical and uses minimal resources.
Please note that these jackets come from the factory with some exposed threads at the cuff where the stitch comes below the bar tack. Iron Heart confirmed with Japan and the factory that this is not a defect, however with excessive force, could pull on those exposed stitches. There is also a very quick option to seam rip these extra stitches, as they are just in place to make the cuff opening slightly smaller and do not compromise the integrity of the construction. Iron Heart has tried this out and removed up to the secured bar tack as a test on one of their jackets and noted that you could not tell that anything has been done.
Note: Generally runs TTS for a comfortable fit with room to layer/spare. We recommend taking your typical American brand size for this fit, or size down one if you prefer a slimmer fit with minimal layering underneath.
